Self-Improving Agents Hackathon — San Francisco
I got to MC an AI hackathon at Intercom’s office in San Francisco, with around 80 teams building self-improving AI agents that could pull real-time data and act on it without human intervention.
My biggest observation was that, while we keep hearing this is the age of the solopreneur, almost everyone selected by the judges had built as part of a team. The tools are better than ever, but building together still seems to win. Creators Corner invited me to host, Intercom gave us the space, and teams from Google DeepMind, You.com, Render, Composio, Akash and Plivo supported the builders throughout the day.
